First this is for my friends (left to right), Keith, Simon and Neil who helped make my university years so much fun and continue to be great company to this day.

It's a scan of the Black and White neg from the many I took from 1980 to 1983 and is reproduced here with their kind permission.

What amazes me is how little all the digital age contributes when I could produce this on a Fuji 705 ( I think) 35mm camera, Iford FP5 film and a 50mm lens on a cloudy day on the hill above the sports grounds at Wythenshaw just south of Manchester.

Film and printing then was done by me in in the darkroom at Woolton Hall student residence in Fallowfield Manchester.
